At My Store, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all furniture and decor items. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, we are here to help with a seamless exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your My Store account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective padding and hardware are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
